People in Bossier get a sneak peak of a new health care facility, which is the first of it’s kind in the region. Christus Health unveils a new 24/7 emergency room facility off Viking Dr.

The building will house 9 rooms and offer outpatient lab services and radiology testing.

Medical leaders say the community has been asking for more Christus options in Bossier.

“Today we are delivering on the ask for us to come and offer our ministry and our services to the citizens of Bossier and the surrounding community. And we hope you’re excited about that as we are and we think that deserves a round of applause” says Steven Wright VP of Group Operations.

The facility will open in February.
