An Arkansas man is facing charges of video voyeurism. 

According to Fayetteville, AR Police, Jeremy Godfirnon, 43, was in the process of  performing maintenance work at 3120 N. College.

An employee said Godfirnon was in the process of installing light fixtures and switches and said he was going to store equipment in an employee bathroom.

When an employee went to use the restroom, they noticed a light emitted from inside a box and upon closer inspection, located a black iPhone videoing using the “Pocket Spy” app, according to the police report. 

Police interviewed Godfirnon and he confessed to placing the phone inside the box to video employees. He also admitted to hiding the box with other equipment inside the employee bathroom. 

According to police Godfirnon offered a reason for his behavior as having a “weak moment.”
