SABINE, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Voters throughout Sabine Parish took to the polls to select new leadership in positions from the police jury, to the parish’s top law enforcement officer and the results are in.
According to the Geaux Vote portal, there are 29.4% of Democratic voters, 46.1% of Republican voters and 24.5% of voters are registered as other.
Sabine Sheriff winner, Aaron Mitchell won with 65.29% of the votes.
