Donald Britton joined the KTAL team as a news reporter in August of 2021.
Donald was born and raised in McKinney, Texas where he lived with his four siblings and mother. Before making the move to Texarkana, Donald lived in Denton, Texas where he attended the University of North Texas (UNT) and received his Bachelor’s degree in Converged Broadcast Media.
While attending UNT, Donald discovered his passion for journalism and reporting and became heavily involved with his universities broadcast program.
When Donald isn’t reporting news, he enjoys running marathons, attending concerts, and finding new vegan restaurants.
Donald is excited and ready to deliver news to the great people of the ArkLaTex area and he’s looking forward to being a smiling face on KTAL NBC 6.
